若園千景 Chikage Wakazono
【Biography】
1973年生まれ。武蔵野美術大学短期大学部美術科卒業。
画家、Webデザイナーとしてマルチに活動。
主宰する「景アトリエ」のほか、ホルベイン アートスペースなどで講師を務める。
透明水彩、油彩、パステル、鉛筆といった伝統的な画材からデジタルツールまでを自在に横断し、表現の可能性を模索。近年は国際的な水彩画公募展で多数の受賞・入選を果たし、日本代表としてイタリアでも作品が展示されるなど、国内外へと活動の場を広げている。
Born in 1973. Graduated from Musashino Art University Junior College, majoring in Fine Arts. Active as a painter and web designer, she also leads "Kei Atelier" and teaches at various art institutions.
Seamlessly traversing traditional mediums—such as transparent watercolor, oil, pastel, and pencil—and digital tools, she continuously explores new creative possibilities. In recent years, her work has gained international recognition through numerous awards and selection as a Japan Representative at international watercolor exhibitions.

ひとつの枠に収まることなく、常に変化し、挑み続けること。それが私のアーティストとしての生き方です。
私が描くのは、人間や日々の中に流れる静けさと、その奥に潜む確かな生命の揺らぎです。美しさに心が震えた瞬間の、あの言葉にならない感動を、自由な感性を用いて画面に吹き込んでいます。
同時に私は、人間の内面に渦巻く欲望や衝動、目を背けられないエゴといった「生の本質」を、剥き出しのまま掴み取りたいと強く願っています。
内なる衝動に突き動かされながら紡ぐカタチが、あなたの日常と繋がり、心に響きますように。
To never be confined, to constantly evolve, and to embrace new challenges—this is my way of life. I depict the stillness in human daily life and the distinct, underlying tremor of existence. With an open, intuitive sensibility, I breathe life into the canvas, capturing wordless moments when my soul vibrates with beauty. Yet, I also possess a fierce desire to grasp the essence of human nature—the swirling desires, raw impulses, and undeniable egos that define our being. Driven by inner impulses, I hope these forms will connect with your everyday life and resonate deeply with your heart.
